Singapore Strategic Living Readiness Score

A practical educational self-check to help readers understand their current awareness across home and property readiness, CPF and financial awareness, health and movement, and community support. The goal is not to diagnose or advise, but to guide readers to the next useful learning pathway.

Check Your Current Readiness

Choose the answer that best reflects your current awareness. This is not a test. It is a clarity tool to help you identify what to learn next.

1. Home & Property Readiness

Measures whether you have started thinking beyond property price, including affordability, holding power and long-term suitability.

2. CPF & Financial Awareness

Measures awareness of CPF usage, cash buffer, instalment stress and the need to treat calculator results as estimates.

3. Health & Movement Readiness

Measures general awareness of movement, strength, balance and safer active ageing. It is not a health diagnosis.

4. Community & Support Readiness

Measures awareness of support networks, social connection, senior resources and purposeful living.

How to Read Your Score

This self-check measures your own awareness and reported habits. It does not measure your bank balance, borrowing capacity, medical condition, physical ability or actual preparedness for a crisis.

There are 12 questions in four equally weighted areas. Answers score from 0 (Not yet) to 4 (Strongly yes). Each area is its answer total divided by 12, expressed as a rounded percentage. The overall score is the rounded average of the four area percentages.

The learning stages are below 40: Foundation; 40-59: Planning; 60-79: Action Awareness; and 80-100: Strategic Living Ready. These are editorial learning bands, not validated clinical or financial thresholds. The highest label means strong self-reported awareness, not clearance or verified readiness.

Review each area separately: a high overall score can hide a low score in one area. The suggested pathway follows your lowest area. Ties are resolved in the order Home & Property, CPF, Health & Movement, then Community & Support; consider every tied area.

Your answers are processed in this browser by the tool. They are not submitted by the self-check. Copying a summary is optional; normal site cookies and analytics are governed separately by the privacy policy.
