The perspective behind the work

Experience becomes useful when it helps someone move forward.

I am Andrew Koh, a Singapore-based property professional, fitness practitioner and active-ageing advocate. I founded AndrewKoh.sg, UProperty.sg and UFitness.sg, and also work in preschool operations and growth with two MindChamps centres.

These roles bring me into contact with people at different stages of life. A housing move may involve schools, work, ageing parents and future mobility. An exercise goal may be about walking confidently, managing everyday tasks or taking part in community life.

My approach is to understand the person, explain the relevant options and recognise where specialist support is needed. Strategic Living brings these connected questions into a practical conversation.

Do Good. Do Right.

Listen carefully. Explain clearly. Follow through responsibly. Keep the person and their circumstances at the centre of the work.

  1. Competitive sport

    Discipline, preparation and steady progress

Representing Singapore in bodybuilding included silver at the 1997 Asian Championships in Busan and gold in 1998 in Ho Chi Minh City. The lasting lesson was the value of preparation, consistency and learning through setbacks.

  2. Fitness & engineering

    Working with people and systems

Fitness management and training at California Fitness, together with engineering and business-development experience in the biomedical sector, shaped how I approach service, problem-solving and follow-through.

  3. Property since 2010

    Looking beyond the immediate transaction

Experience across HDB, private residential, new launches and leasing reinforced the importance of suitability, clear information and a home that supports changing needs.

  4. My work today

    Making the connections practical

Property guidance, inclusive fitness, preschool operations and public education inform the resources I create and the professional work I do.

Share the lesson. Respect the person. My public writing focuses on ideas, practical learning and professional experience, with care for the privacy and dignity of the people involved.

Strategic Living in Singapore

A better decision starts with the whole picture.

Strategic Living is the framework I use to connect today’s choices with the way we want to live in the years ahead.

Home

Suitability, affordability, accessibility and the flexibility to adapt as life changes.

Health & ageing

Strength, mobility, independence and practical preparation for later life.

Family & learning

Early-years decisions, daily routines, family proximity and shared responsibilities.

Community

Connection, participation, belonging and knowing where to seek support.

For example, choosing a home also means considering a child’s journey to preschool, an older parent’s access to lifts and transport, and the time a family can spend together.
